{Deep Dish Peach Pie}

3/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
7 cups sliced and chopped peaches (remove skin)
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 store bought pie crusts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl. Unroll one pie crust and press into your pie pan. Fill the pie pan with the peach mixture. With the second pie crust, grab a rolling pin and roll it out to be about 1/4 wider all the way around. Make cut outs in the top - any design will do! Lay on top of peach mixture and crimp all edges with a fork. Line edges with tin foil and leave on the first 25 minutes of baking. After removing the tin foil, let the pie cook another 25 - 30 minutes until the juices boil inside the pie and the top is golden brown. Enjoy!
