{French Chocolat}
2 1/2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup whipping cream
6 cups milk
Heat chocolate and water together until blended. Add sugar and salt, stirring; boil 4 minutes. Cool. When ready to serve, whip the cream and fold into the chocolate syrup. Spoon 1 rounded, heaping tablespoon chocolate mixture into each cup. Heat the milk to the scalding point; pour over chocolate in cups. Yummy!
