{Feta and Tomato Pasta}


1 pound pasta shells
4 fresh tomatoes, skinned and chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup feta cheese
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup kalamata olives
2 teaspoons herbes de Provence

 

 

Prepare pasta according to the instructions on the pack and drain.  Meanwhile, mix the tomatoes, oil, feta cheese, onions, olives and herbs in a bowl.  Add to the warm pasta, place back into the saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.  Serve at once.
