{Frosty Sorbet Colada}

This is a frosty, creamy desert in a glass. Yummy!

2 ice cubes
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1/4 cup coconut sorbet

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend mixture for for 1 minute. Divide evenly between 6 glasses. 

For a grown-up version: Add 3 oz. rum to the mixture before blending.
