Marshmallows!!! Turns out they aren't just ooey-gooy, yummy as smores. Two minutes before the cupcakes are ready to come out of the oven, place a large marshmallow on top of each cake. Pat down gently. The marshmallows will melt, perfectly frosting each treat. Easy!
