{Horseradish Cream}


This yummy horseradish cream is the perfect, must-have accompaniment to your holiday prime rib roast or fresh grill.

¾ cup heavy cream (whipping)
½ sour cream
½ cup prepared horseradish, drained
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon minced chives
Pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.

Whip the cream in a bowl until soft peaks are formed. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish and mustard. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped cream. Add the sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
