Mermaids of the Lake

{Breakfast Special}


2 cups of herbed croutons
2 cups shredded cheese
2 lbs. browned ground sausage
5 eggs
3 tsp. ground mustard
2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Place croutons, cheese, and sausage in a greased 9x13 pan. Beat together the eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over the crouton mixture in pan. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix together the soup, and 1/2 cup of milk and pour over the top. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 90 minutes, or until set.
