{Tuna Pasta Salad}
8 oz shell pasta; cooked, drained and cooled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can flaked tuna, drained
1 can flaked tuna, UNDRAINED
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
Mix mayonnaise, tuna, sugar, salt, pepper, celery, and onion in a large mixing bowl and blend well. Taste and adjust the salt, pepper, and sugar level. Mix in the noodles and peas, blending well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Un-cover and mix the salad well to re-distribute the dressing, and then cover again and refrigerate for another 3 hours before serving.
