Thursday, August 11 · 5:30pm - 9:30pm Premiering at this event is Shoes For Kids, a Mermaids of the Lake first annual community shoe drive for underprivileged school-age kids that cannot afford shoes for school. Our goal: 1000 new pairs of tennis shoes or boots for kids k-12.
Live auction items include decadent chocolate shoes under glass and one of a kind shoe art by local professional artists... Event guests can win prizes for sexiest shoes, best kitten heel, most unique sling, most comfortable casual, hottest boots and most stunning evening shoes!
